Shipping policy

General Info
All orders (except Same-Day delivery) are shipped on business days only — Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore national holidays.

Singapore Orders
For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 5–10 working days after your order is processed.

International Orders
Delivery usually takes 14–28 days, depending on customs clearance. Import taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are usually shipped separately from in-stock items and are expected to arrive within 14–21 days.

Courier Services
We may replace your selected courier with one offering a similar delivery timeframe if necessary.
