Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credits only.
Your credits will be available in your account profile and visible during checkout. -
Deductions apply.
Refunds will exclude any discounts, shipping fees, and:-
A S$10 admin fee per transaction & bank charges if a refund is made to your original payment method.

What is Lovefreya’s Return & Refund Policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery (based on tracking information) to request a return or refund.

After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact

Must be free from makeup, perfume, stains, marks, or scratches
How to Return an Item

Go to your Order Page and click “Return Request”

Select the eligible item(s) for return

You will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection

Upon approval, follow the return instructions
Important: Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected.
Returns must be made within the return timeline. Lovefreya reserves the right to cancel your return request if we do not receive the item on time.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note: If you return a non-refundable item, no refund will be issued, and the item will either be disposed of or sent back to you at your cost.
