1. What is the shipment timeline?
- Orders will usually reach you within 10-14 days after payment. Some regions may take a longer time for customs clearing.
- Your orders may be sent to you in separate shipments.
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1000hrs (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
2. I did not receive any email confirmation?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you did not receive any confirmation email, kindly email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
3. How do I get the reward points?
You will be rewarded 1 point for every $1 spent. Additional points are given when you:

4. Do I need to pay if I want to return my items?
Fees will not be charged for returns. All you have to do is cover the registered postage to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else! Read here to understand about our Returns Policy.

6. Are there shipping fees involved?
In most cases, the shipping fee is indicated during checkout. However for areas that we have never shipped before, we will communicate to you separately on the fees.
