1. What is the shipment timeline?
- Orders are usually processed & shipped out within 3 working days. Depending on your country of residence, delivery will take around 2 to 20 days to reach you. Some regions may take a longer time for customs clearing.
- Your orders may be sent to you in separate shipments.
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1200hrs (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
2. I did not receive any email confirmation?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you did not receive any confirmation email, kindly email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
3. Do I need to pay if I want to return my items?

Yes and you are able to choose the different shipping fees provided by different carriers before checkout.
7. Do you have any physical stores?
No, we do not at the moment. Everything is online and we ship worldwide.
