1. Check validity of Return
Our Policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order (base on tracking information), we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Damaged not due to your error.
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original tag and packaging.
- Do not have any make up, perfume, stains, marks or scratches.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: (*pls note that if you return a non-refundable item, no refunds will be processed and item will be disposed off or sent back to you. You will have to bear postage charges*)
- Intimate / Personal items
- Sale items
- Customised items
- Gift boxes
- Gift cards / Vouchers
- Shoes with its protective sole removed
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receiving your order (base on tracking information).
- Shipping cost for your purchase.
2. How do I return?
Email us the below information and we will proceed with return/refund process and instructions if eligible.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
3. How do I receive refunds?
- All refunds will be in a form of store credits. We will email the refund code in a form of a Giftcard.
