1. Check validity of Return
Our Policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of goods, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Damaged not due to your error.
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original tag and packaging.
- Do not have any make up, stains or marks.
- Gift cards, vouchers.
- Sale items.
- All swimwear, intimate or personal care items.
- Shoes with its protective sole removed.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery of goods.
- Shipping cost (if any) paid for your purchases.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 30 days.
2. How do I return my Order?
A. Pack the Item and send a registered mail.
- Please include a copy of the sales order in the package you sent to help us identify the sender.
- Kindly ensure that the item to be returned has the original packaging, free gifts, tags and any other item(s) that came with it. Make sure you wrap this in a layer of external packaging, like plastic, to avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.

3. How do I receive the refund?
- Refund will be in a form of store credits. We will email you the refund code.
- Refund codes are valid for 90 days. No codes will be reissued after the expiry date.
