How do I receive refunds?

  • All refunds will be in a form of store credits. We will email the refund code in a form of a Giftcard.
  • Refunds will be less bank charges & shipping fees
  • A SGD10 admin fee will be charged for processing any refund / cancellation to your payment method.

1. Check validity of Return

What is Lovefreya's Return & Refund policy?

Our Policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your goods (base on tracking information), we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original tag and packaging.
  • Do not have any make up, perfume, stains, marks or scratches.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: *pls note that if you return a non-refundable item, no refunds will be processed and item will be disposed off or sent back to you. You will have to bear postage charges*

    - Lingerie with panties / attached panties
    - Panties
    - Stockings
    - Swimwear
    - Eye Masks
    - Face Masks
    - Earrings
    - Hair accessories
  • Bedding items
  • Sale items
  • Handmade Leather bags
  • Customised items
  • Gift boxes
  • Gift cards / Vouchers
  • Warranties
  • Shoes with its protective sole removed
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receiving your order (base on tracking information).
  • Shipping cost for your purchase.

2. How do I return?

  • Email us the below information and we will proceed with return/refund process and instructions if eligible.
    - order number
    - item name (if you have multiple items in one order)
    - refund reason
    - please use a trackable return to ensure we receive them (we will not be responsible for lost items)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
